How to Use

For Warm Therapy: Lightly mist with water and microwave on high for 30 seconds. If additional warmth is desired, heat in 15-second increments until the desired temperature is reached. Do not overheat, and use caution when removing from the microwave.

For Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer for at least one hour before use.
