IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Items can be returned within 7 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit for the purchased amount. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on custom items/personalized items, special order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Shipping costs will not be refunded.  All Sale items are Final sale items. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. 

ONLINE ONLY RETURN POLICY:

All original price merchandise can be return within 7 days. All accessories & sale items are Final Sale. We reserve the right to deny any return at any time.

ADDITIONAL POLICY INFO:

Items must be unworn, in new condition, with original tags attached, and free of makeup, perfume, and pet hair.

Refunds-With a gift receipt → refunded as store credit.

With an original receipt → refunded in the original form of payment.

Cash refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check within 3 business days.

Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Final Sale Items: the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale items, Accessories & jewelry, Custom/personalized or special-order items.

Defective Items-If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt for a valid return or exchange.

OTHER TERMS:

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange not meeting these requirements.

Employees are not authorized to override this policy.

Shipping charges are not refunded for returned items.
