Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with an original or gift receipt.
Items must be unworn, in new condition, with original tags attached, and free of makeup, perfume, and pet hair.
Refunds-With a gift receipt → refunded as store credit.
With an original receipt → refunded in the original form of payment.
Cash refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check within 3 business days.
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
Final Sale Items. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items, Accessories & jewelry, Custom/personalized or special-order items
Defective Items-If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt for a valid return or exchange.
Other Terms
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange not meeting these requirements.
Employees are not authorized to override this policy.
Shipping charges are not refunded for returned items.
Shipping
Front Door items ship from our store and arrive within 4-5 business days of receiving your order. We ship via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping charges are not refunded for returned items. Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight. In this instance, you will be contacted by us to make payment for the additional shipping costs.
